Ayurvedic Immersion Day
Join me for a journey into discovering what Ayurveda is, how to integrate this holistic system into our daily lives, and how to see yourself from an Ayurvedic perspective.
The day is a wonderful introduction into a new understanding of who you are, a beautiful way to reset and reboot. What is Ayurveda, The 5 great elements and their qualities, Identifying various states of health or imbalance, Charting a course toward improved well-being, Doshas and their qualities, Examining these core principles will also help illustrate what makes Ayurveda such a timeless art and science. A delicious Indian lunch with Chai will replenish all the brain cells for the afternoon’s learning.
•Breathwork, mantra and asana class to begin the day. Restorative Yoga to close the day’s learnings

NEW 9 week Chakra Balancing Series!
What this series will look like: Each week we will gather in class on a Friday morning at 8am, this can be in person or via zoom, each week we will work with a different chakra, then the lower triangle and move up through the upper chakras and finish with a full integration chakra journey. A recording of each class will be emailed to you, allowing you to practice each day if desired…. 🙏🏻
This series is a very balancing, harmonising, elevating, and expansive practice for your whole being, full immersion in the practice of balancing and awakening the chakras!! 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♀️
